Golder Ranch - Tucson
After spending nearly five years coaching real estate agents across the country on how to use referrals to build and grow their businesses, I knew it was time to put my expertise to work as a REALTOR® myself. I've worked with the public throughout my entire life, from banking and lending to coaching and beyond. Getting to know all sorts of different people has given me a well-rounded skill set that allows me to work well with every personality type out there. I believe in treating my clients with the professionalism they deserve!
I became a REALTOR® because I know firsthand what it's like to be a buyer. I educated myself during the housing and economic downturn of 2007, learning quickly about foreclosures, short sales, and complex bank policies. When I listed and "held open" my home in San Diego, I knew what it felt like to have someone not show up for a scheduled viewing appointment, and to realize that my home wasn't really worth what I thought it should be. It's easy to get wrapped up in emotion during the home search process—that's why I always provide my clients with ample amounts of information, patience, and consideration. One of my greatest accomplishments is my experience running a Savings Office in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. The trust, friendship, and respect I earned from my clients during that time was priceless.
I love working in Saddlebrooke because it has a lovely "small town" feel, and its residents are kind, friendly, and active. I especially appreciate working with "Boomers" who are transitioning into an entirely new phase of their lives. I take great satisfaction in helping my friends and neighbors however I can, whether we're in the middle of a sale or long after it's closed. One of my favorite things to do is to deliver lunch on move-in day—I know how important it is to take a moment to breathe, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal during such a hectic time.
When I'm not working, I love spending time with my two children and three grandchildren. Even though they live in my hometown of San Diego, I try to visit as often as I can. If you get on your way early in the morning, you can be in San Diego by lunch! I also enjoy spending time with my six-year-old Labradoodle, Ruffus (ask me about my new club, "DOODLE DOGS OF SADDLEBROOKE!") and creating mosaic art with glass, beads, and broken pottery. I look forward to helping you find a win/win solution in your next real estate transaction!
